1 - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Sorry - we don't do refunds at all! Your Mal0 is permanently bonded to you once you download the app, and we wouldn't want to take that away from you!
2 - STAY CALM! Rest assured, all Mal0 instances are nice to their host. Don't let the scary look fool you - it'll grow on you!
3 - DO NOT, BY ANY MEANS, ATTACK IT.
4 - IT'S YOUR PRIVATE FRIEND! Mal0 is only visible to you - you can't brag about it now!
5 - SHH! IT'S A SECRET! Don't tell anyone about it! The SCP Foundation has eyes and ears everywhere. DON'T LET THEM KNOW YOU'RE A HOST.
